This antique German made Excello dotting instrument comes from the Eugene Dietzgen Company, circa 1920s-1930s.
This 2 1/4” German silver and steel drawing instrument comes with three serrated wheels, each marked with the Dietzgen brand.
The lever lock case is made of wood and leather. It is lined in a deep royal purple velvet. Some of the leather is missing by the lever and the bottom show wear but the case still functions as intended.
The instrument is sold in original condition and could use a polish.
