19th Century Solid Brass Conquistador Stirrup. Solid Brass Wall Pocket /cb

Unique solid brass stirrup used by 19th century conquistadors. The brass is very rustic and you can see patching where it was either repairing a wear pattern or a spot on the bottom of the stirrup where something pierced it. What a interesting conversation piece, and true piece of history! It can be used for coffee table or shelf decor, or it has holes that would be great for hanging on the wall like a pocket vase. The stirrup was estate-owned and it’s in good vintage condition considering it’s age. The rustic nature of the piece and any perceivable flaws just add to it’s character.
